Do I Need More Sleep Or Just Excercise?
I’m going to cram a few issuse into one question…
Health profile:
I’m overweight… but not anywhere near obese yet…
I have a family history of diabetes.
I’m 23
Issue 1:
I wake up at 7am, to be at work at 8… (desk job)
I’m usually getting pretty sleepy by about 9:30~10pm
I function horribly when I’m sleepy, but usually don’t get to bed until around midnight… Should I go to bed when I get tired more often? I I feel like I would miss out of a lot of life if I get in the habit of going to be so early.
Issue 2:
Sometimes I feel light headed. (Maybe once or twice a week.) Should I be worried about diabeties? If that is a sign of diabeties, would I be able to avoid actually being diagnosed with more excercise?
